I spent the most of my summers at Shoney’s on Greensboro, NC. My dad was a District Manager for Shoney’s back in the day and he carried me and my sister to work with him… Free Strawberry Pie

Now that would be funny.

Are you saying you used to get free strawberry pie from your dad, or that Shoney’s will give you free strawberry pie if you show a tattoo of Big Boy?

Also, what was the deal with Big Boy restaurants in the rest of the US (e.g. Frisch’s, Bob’s, etc.)?
