New theme that is super fly and fun to customize… I’m digging it!!!
By the time Friday gets here I will have put in 2 - 60 hour weeks. I have so much paper work to do for “process improvement” and “disaster recovery” I don’t even want to think about it. Myself and 2 team mates were able to rebuild IIS, apply and configure SSL certs, and configure permissions for 100 websites that went down last week. This was a monumental task. Kudos to a “remote” team mate in Arizona, who is the sole reason the sites could be online Monday morning. I am blessed to lead a great team of programmers and DBA’s.
I am looking forward to a long weekend.
Two new books…
“The 360 Degree Leader” - John Maxwell
I believe I need to invest in more leadership reading. I have been exposed to John Maxwell in the past and been to one seminar. I am not a “fan boy”, however, I think he has very practical principles that are bite size. I find this a great benefit.
“God’s Secretaries - The making of the King James Bible” - Adam Nicolson.
I am also fascinated with history of the bible and its key players. This seems to be a strict history and not a propaganda piece for KJV Onlyism.

I would suggesting reading John Maxwell’s book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of a Leader.
It’s my favorite!
360 degree leaders is pretty good. And I agree with Christopher Scott, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of a Leadership is probably John C. Maxwell’s best book.
