Doctor update
No epidural today… Went to the TOC to a back specialist… New X-rays… Not is so out of whack it cannot be fixed with weight loss, strengthening, and Physical Therapy. I have add walking approx. a mile to my activity.
I have got to get a different chair at work… that would help.
