Blog post have been few and far between lately. Life has been crazy-busy at work. Our team of 7 was cut down to 3… and now 2. We are making a mad dash to interview people. I interviewed 3 people today, which took me out of the office a good part of the day. That is frustrating because we are still having site and server problems. I have been working a little longer every day just to try and get a handle on everything. I am sure there are things falling through the cracks.

It is a difficult season.

I am anticipating some things to come through in the next few weeks that would take me out this environment and into something less stressful. I thing this would be better all the way around.

Theology Pub was a good time last night… Just a few of us talking about church planting, etc. We ended the night talking about Proverbs and James. These books are good parallels to read as a daily devotion. I am going to take the challenge of going through a chapter in Proverbs daily and James every weekday. I am going to keep a journal and log the things I am learning. This would be a great way to start the day… Get in the right frame of mind and give me some practical teaching to chew on through out the day.

This verse in Proverbs manifested itself today…

Proverbs 30:2 Surely I am too stupid to be a man. I have not the understanding of a man.
